Collection of data

If you visit www.cedpo.eu our webserver collects standard internet log information including

  • IP address
  • the URL requested
  • date and time of query
  • the browser and operating system being used
  • the HTTP Referrer

We process such information temporarily only to guarantee system safety.

Cookies and web tracking

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. We use cookies to enable Piwik, an open-source software for web analytics, to display statistical information of user accesses to our website. We have configured Piwik to only store anonymized IP addresses cutting the last two bytes of each address.

If you do not want to be tracked anonymously by Piwik, you have the possibility to opt out anytime by unticking the box below. Please bear in mind that if you delete all cookies in your browser you would have to untick the box again upon your next visit to our website.

We process personal information if you use our contact form. The data provided in this form will be used by CEDPO members, each of them an independent and joint controller, for the sole purpose of processing your request.
